Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all curtain installation and textile decor services provided by Scyxvolshon. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make it right at no additional charge within the warranty period.
What Is Covered
- Improper installation of curtain hardware or mounting systems
- Misalignment of curtains or rods
- Hardware failures due to installation errors
- Work that does not meet agreed-upon specifications
- Damage to your property caused by our installation process
What Is Not Covered
- Changes in customer preferences after installation is complete
- Damage caused by customer actions or third parties
- Normal wear and tear of curtains or hardware
- Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions in walls or windows
- Problems with customer-provided materials or products
Warranty Period
Our installation work is covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of service completion. During this period, we will address any installation-related issues at no additional charge. This warranty applies to labor only and does not cover product defects, which are subject to manufacturer warranties.
Requesting Service Adjustments
If you experience any issues with our installation work or are unsatisfied with the results:
- Contact us within the 90-day warranty period
- Provide a clear description of the issue or concern
- Allow us to inspect the installation and assess the situation
- Work with us to schedule a convenient time for any necessary adjustments
We will respond to your request within 2 business days and schedule a visit to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Policy
Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances that may qualify for partial or full refunds include:
- Services not performed as described in the service agreement
- Installation errors that cannot be satisfactorily corrected
- Cancellation by Scyxvolshon due to unforeseen circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. We will review each request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund of any deposits paid, no cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours before appointment: Deposits are non-refundable, and a cancellation fee may apply
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: Full cancellation fee applies
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We will work with you to find a new date and time that works for both parties.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have a concern about our services or this policy, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and professionally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication and mutual understanding.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to pursue mediation before any legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Washington, DC.
Limitation of Liability
Scyxvolshon liability for any service-related issues is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
